A bog standard subway, nice range of fillings available with a good selection of breads to choose frm. The staff are helpful and friendly although I find they tend to try and rush me when the shop is busy. I know everyone wants to be served asap but when there is so much choice it does make it a little more complicated. The food always tasted yummy and the salad bar is nice a fresh looking. I think the only negative to this shop is they always seem to overcook the cookies a little which makes them hard instead of crumbly.

The bread is made fresh on the day, visually to the purchasers. Service is pretty decent although it can take time during peak periods and the language barrier when talking to foreign workers. I can't get enough subway when Im out and about. First I was addicted to foot long tuna but recently I've moved on to the Italian BMT with as much salad as possible with double cheese and toasted. Tastes ace! Only downside is that around £5 for a foot long sandwich can seem on the expensive side but well worth it after a hard morning at work, shopping or travelling.The bread is made fresh on the day, visually to the purchasers. Its great to see a healthy option around now in so many different places

What can you say about Subway other then they're taking over the world?! A fairly new addition to Truro, they have just opened their 2nd premises in Lemon Quay, so they must be doing OK. The food is OK, very fresh and you can tell that they take cleanliness seriously in there which is always a bonus. Something a bit different anyway, among the pasty shops!

Four stars for really yummy subways but they lost a star as everytime I have been in here its a bit of a nightmare with the number of their staff who have heavy foreign accents and you have to repeat everything, they are freindly though so does make up for it!!
